Prices are confirmed before service where reasonably possible. Promotions may have dates, eligibility rules, limited spaces, or service exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined. Any required deposit and accepted payment method will be communicated before confirmation.
4. Results and client responsibility
Beauty and aesthetic results vary with skin, hair, health, prior treatments, lifestyle, healing, and aftercare. No specific result can be guaranteed. You must provide complete and accurate information relevant to service safety and follow preparation and aftercare instructions.
5. Photos and testimonials
We will not publish an identifiable client photograph or testimonial for marketing without permission. Any permission should state the intended use and may be withdrawn for future use, subject to material already lawfully published or printed.
6. Intellectual property
The Scarlet by Amina name, logo, original photographs, written content, page design, and other brand material may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without written permission, except where the law permits.

The website may link to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Reviews, social platforms, or other third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and data practices are controlled by those providers and governed by their terms.
